What kind of leader are you?

Developments and changes to organisations present leaders with a whole range of challenges. These include dealing with contradictions between strong and vulnerable leadership, control and trust, stability and flexibility, balancing focus on relationship and result, and being both in and above the group. We research your personal way of leadership and how you can deal with all these seemingly opposing requirements.

Modules of the training can be:
