Talent Booster – Learning on the job

You’re embarking on your learning journey. You’ve identified that you need to improve some aspects of your way of working and you’re now taking  positive action to do so. This action can come in many different forms:

  • Asking your manager for a new, more challenging project
  • Seeking out the expertise of a mentor
  • Teaching another colleague (sometimes you learn most by teaching others)
  • Asking for feedback or support from a peer
  • Downloading an eBook on personal development
  • Spending an hour or two researching how best to network on LinkedIn
