At Development@Work we believe in making people stronger. We achieve this by making them aware of their talents. Your strengths are the things you do effortlessly, when you forget the time. Your strengths give you energy and make you happy.

Many organisations focus on what is going wrong, what needs to be improved. This is costing people a lot of energy. You get energy when you are allowed to play to your strengths. These are the things that come without effort, which you may take for granted. This comes as a great relief for many of the teams we work with.
